President Montgomery County Library System | New TLA Executive Board candidates are nominated by the current board and then selected in a yearly general election by the membership held in February. The Board meets during annual conference and annual assembly; in addition, the group typically convenes in late spring and in early December. Members may obtain exact meeting dates and copies of Executive Board meeting minutes from the TLA Office by request. The TLA Bylaws contain the specifics of officer terms and responsibilities and of election procedures. The Bylaws also explain the configuration of the TLA Council. | |
