TLA/NMRT Professional Development Grant
First awarded in 1996, the TLA/NMRT Professional Development Grant provides one person financial assistance to attend the TLA Annual Conference. All Texas Library Association members who are in the first 5 years of their professional career and/or TLA membership are eligible for the grant. The recipient of the grant receives assistance in covering conference expenses such as registration, travel, lodging, and $50 per diem, up to $1,000 total expenses.
